In a pot, steep 4 tea bags of Lucky Irish Breakfast tea in 2 cups of boiling water for 3–4 minutes. Remove tea bags, add sweetener to taste and let cool. Divide 1 cup cooked boba (large black tapioca pearls) between 2 tea glasses. Add tea, 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of crushed ice to a shaker and shake vigorously until frothy. Pour into prepared glasses and sip with fat straws.
